Using evidence from behaviour science, Dr. Baljinder Kaur Sahdra has helped our community explore behaviour change strategies and how to overcome common challenges of modern life.

  • It can help you deal with everyday stresses. There are a variety of different mindfulness strategies that you can try, which we go through in the Kaur Sports mindfulness seminars and workshops.

  • Mental readiness is an important aspect of sport. Mindfulness practices are mandated for elite athletes, such as NBA players, because it can help you deal with the pressures of performance on the field/court.

    We encourage all our Kaur Sports athletes to not only take care of their physical fitness, but also their mental!
